As it is, it's a decent start! The falling blocks are a pretty nice touch.
But if you intend to improve it in the future, here are a few things: -The upgrade where programmers' number impact other jobs is a great mechanic, the main issue is that, after a few days of playing, I can't remember exactly the numbers or the specifics. It would be super cool to have a way to see all the upgrades you bought.
-Usually, these types of games are pretty much endless, so I like to set myself a goal like "once I've got 100 of each things, I stop"; but there are a few issues with that.
First, the falling blocks are good, but once you reach a certain number, there is not enough place anymore. Maybe you could combine some of the blocks. For example, Imagine I've got 10 Testers, instead of using 10 blocks, maybe we could replace them by a single block of another colour, or a single bigger block.
Second, like most of these games, there is usually a plateau. Here, it's been a few weeks I think, and I still don't have 100 Project managers or Community managers. It's okay, it's not a deal breaker, I usually launch these types of game before starting my work, during my launch break and once the day is over. But for some, it might be. Usually, the remedy is a kind of prestige system: you start all over but with a bonus. So, for example, if I start over at 1 trillion bits, all my employees would give me +5% more bits or something like that.
Thanks - appreciate the feedback! This was a game jam entry, so definitely had some scope issues ;) I really like the idea of having x10 boxes - that would help prevent the area filling up.
Hmm, don't understand how that issue would happen. I made a small change so that you need 1 Intern for a Programmer to be available, and 1 Programmer for a Writer to be available.

Anyway, pretty cool game and nice execution!

What happened to the Programmer
Works for me, but someone else did mention they didn't get bits when they returned - is that what you're seeing?
In the web version at least there is no programmer, it goes from Intern to Writer

yeah i ended up figuring that out, sorry for the confusion
can you please make a toggle physics body button, its so laggy
A fix is uploaded.
Reloading the game after closing it loses all of the effects. No tooltips, no audio, no pixelated score, no falling blocks.
Sorry about that - I've fixed it, but can't upload until after voting :(
Fix is now uploaded.
Developer of Indie Game Developer said his Indie Game is still in Development :)
I mean: great title! :)
